Executive Officers

The Executive Board is comprised of committed community veterans who bring a wealth of expertise and motivation to this organization.  They are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the pageant systems and annual productions of all events.  This committee is dedicated to the mission and governance of the U.S.A. Crown Pageant Systems, Inc., while strengthening its core values of integrity, scholarship, diversity and community service.

It was  the vision of Yvondia Herring to create not only a scholarship pageant, but an organization that would produce events that would appeal to the African American community and stay true to the mission of community service.

Yvondia is no stranger to pageantry; talent or fashion shows having participated in many productions.  Originally from New Jersey, she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida in Orlando.  She has dedicated over 20 years of service as a Social Worker and will continue to provide community services in her role as Executive Director.

Yvondia understands the desire of African American women to continue/further their educational opportunities even after marriage; thus creating a pageant for women up to the age of 40 who are single or married.
